Scrub Assist was founded by Graham PerryHaines, a Perioperative Nurse Surgical Assistant (PNSA) with over 24 years of operating theatre experience. Starting in 2001 as a Scrub/Scout, Graham has worked across public and private hospitals, gaining expertise in every major surgical specialty. His background also includes clinical simulation training and sales support for orthopaedic devices, giving him a unique edge in intraoperative assistance.
In 2024, Graham advanced his practice to become a qualified PNSA, specialising in orthopaedics – particularly upper limb, sports medicine, arthroplasty, and trauma surgery – while remaining adaptable to assist in general, plastic, and cosmetic procedures.
